Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 23, 2026

1. What we collect

When you purchase a service or contact us, we collect your name, email, company name, and whatever you tell us during the engagement — intake responses, documents, call recordings if you share them. We also receive payment metadata from Stripe (transaction ID, last four of the card, billing country). We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

We use your information to deliver the engagement you purchased, to communicate about that engagement, and to send a receipt or invoice. We may use anonymized patterns from past engagements to improve our methodology — never with identifying client information.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers on the site. We do not add you to a marketing list without explicit opt-in. We do not share client-identifying information in public case studies without written permission.

4. Third parties

We use Stripe to process payments and a standard email provider for communication. Each is bound by its own privacy commitments. We do not integrate broader analytics or advertising platforms.

5. Retention

We retain engagement records for two years after delivery for reference and support. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see contact below.

6. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies required to serve the page. There are no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no persistent analytics identifiers.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing the address below. We respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.

9. Contact
