Refund Policy

Before work begins

Full refund, no questions asked. Email us within 7 days of purchase or before the first working call — whichever comes first. We will return the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.

During an engagement

Pro-rated refund based on work completed. We will share the hours logged, the artifacts produced to that point, and a clear math on what is refundable. You receive the refund plus whatever partial work is deliverable.

After delivery

Once we have shipped the final deliverable — the call happened, the audit landed in your inbox, the Custom GPT is live — the engagement is complete and no refund is issued. If the deliverable misses the scope we agreed on, we revise it at no additional cost.

Custom Engagements

Hourly work is billed monthly for hours completed. You can cancel future hours at any time. There is no refund on hours already worked, but no obligation to continue either.

How to request one

Email [email protected] with your order reference and a one-line note. We respond within 1 business day and process the refund within 5.

Disputes

We prefer direct resolution over formal disputes. If something is off, write to us first — we move fast and fairly. Chargebacks opened before contacting us forfeit the simple path above.
